The DUO Silicone Carbide Bowl by High Five Vapes, also called the High Five DUO SiC Bowl, is the insert I would choose when I want stronger efficiency, cleaner flavour, and better low temperature performance from the High Five DUO e-rig. Compared with basic inserts, SiC feels more advanced because it heats quickly, transfers heat extremely well, and helps vaporize concentrates more evenly. Moreover, High Five states that SiC has thermal conductivity over 120 W/m/K, which is far higher than quartz.

In use, the biggest difference I notice with a SiC insert is how efficiently it handles concentrates. Because the material transfers heat so well, I do not feel like I need to push temperatures as high to get satisfying vapor.
