How do I use the Puffco Proxy?

Charge it first, then hold the button for 3 seconds to unlock/turn on. Single-click to select your heat setting, cold-load your concentrate, then double-click to start heating. The light will pulse while heating and the device will flash/vibrate when it’s ready. After your heat cycle starts, you can double-click to activate Boost Mode (more heat + longer session).

What are the Puffco Proxy heat settings (and what do they do)?

The Proxy has four heat profiles you toggle with a single click: Blue (Low) for maximum flavor, Green (Med) for a balanced hit, Red (High) for stronger vapor, and White (Peak) for maximum vapor intensity. Puffco lists the approximate temps at ~505°F (Blue), ~520°F (Green), ~545°F (Red), and ~565°F (White).

How long does the Puffco Proxy battery last, and how do I check battery?

Puffco says the Proxy should last about 15 uses per charge (Boost Mode can reduce battery life). To check remaining battery, triple-click to display your battery percentage on the device.

How do I clean the Puffco Proxy, and what cleaning solution should I use?

Puffco recommends only 90%+ isopropyl alcohol. For the chamber: swab for light cleaning; for deep cleaning, soak the chamber in 90%+ ISO for 20–30 minutes, then let it fully air-dry before use. For the base: clean contact points and the air path with an ISO-dipped swab—do not flood or soak the base. For glass: soak in ISO, rinse with water, and let it fully dry.

Why is my Puffco Proxy flashing white or flashing red/white?

White flashing 3 times typically indicates the chamber isn’t attached properly—remove and reattach, aligning the chamber’s prongs correctly (don’t force it). Red/white flashing indicates a chamber connection error—Puffco recommends removing/cleaning the chamber and soaking it in 90%+ ISO (then fully air-drying) before reinstalling.
